3. Appointments and Bookings

All service appointments must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in such cases. A cancellation fee may apply if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on the actual work required. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on specific services and products. Warranty terms vary by service and will be provided in writing at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6. Vehicle Safety and Liability

While your vehicle is in our care, we take every precaution to ensure its safety. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues not reported at the time of service. Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicles before service.

We use only genuine and high-quality products from trusted brands. However, we are not liable for manufacturer defects. Any issues with products will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
